Broccoli with Lemon Dill Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
1 head of broccoli, cut into flowerets
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of paprika
1 cup milk
TO PREPARE:
1. Steam broccoli in medium saucepan until tender. Set
aside.
2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat and
stir in flour, lemon peel, dill, salt and paprika.
3. Return to medium heat and gradually whisk in milk.
4. Cook and whisk until mixture is thickened.
5. Arrange cooked broccoli on a platter. Pour sauce over
broccoli and serve.
