Bruschetta Tart

16 appetizer pieces

1 Pillsbury pie crust from 15 oz. pkg. softened according to directions
1 C chopped plum Roma tomatoes - 3 med. size
1/3 C chopped basil leaves
1 clove garlic finely chopped or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 C shredded Parmessan chees - 2 ozs.

1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Unroll pie crust onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 6 - 8 min. or until light golden brown.
2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the cheese.
3. Remove crust from oven. Spread tomato mixture over crust and sprinkle with the cheese.
4. Return to oven and bake 7 - 10 min. longer or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges. Serve warm,
