Funnel Cakes

Combine 2 eggs

1 1/2 C milk

Add 2 C flour

1 t baking powder

1/2 t salt

Beat until smooth. Heat oil in pan. Put batter into funnel and pour into oil in a circular motion. Cook both sides till golden. Drain. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
