Ceci Stuffing

Mom’s stuffing


1/2 loaf of white bread (soaked in water and squeezed out)

1/2 lb. each of pork and beef sausage

1 cup of celery cut up

1/2 cup of parsley

1 medium onion

2 eggs

1/2 cup of ground walnuts

1 - 8 oz. can of mushroom pieces cut up

salt to taste

very little pepper
