Gazpacho – serves 6
4 tomatoes, cored and diced
1 cuke – peeled and diced
1 onion – diced
1 grn pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic
3 eggs, beaten 1/4 C cider vinegar
dash of Tabasco 1/2 C olive oil
salt 1 C thick tomato juice
Mix liquid. Add vegetables. 1 C bread cubes fried for garnish. Should be prepared early in the a.m.
