Goat Cheese with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces goat cheese
4 ounces oil-pack sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
TO PREPARE:
Place the goat cheese in a baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
Combine the sun-dried tomatoes, basil and garlic in a bowl and mix well. Pour over the goat cheese.
Serve with baguette slices or assorted party crackers.
