Jezebel Sauce

1 15 oz can crushed pineapple - drained
1 (10-ounce) jar apricot all fruit preserves
3 tablespoons dry mustard
1/2 cup prepared horseradish, from dairy aisle
1 teaspoon black pepper

Combine all ingredients. Chill at least 4 hrs. Can be kept for up to a month.
Good w/ any meat or can be used as an appetizer. Serve over a ball of cheese.
