Tonie's tried and true Recipes

Applebutter

1 gallon of applesauce
2 t cloves
3 t cinnamon
1 t allspice

Bake 3 1/2 - 4 hours at 250*. Fill jars immediately without turning down the heat and the jars will seal automatically.
